Welcome to Lo Stella Ristorante, a hidden gem in the heart of Denver that promises an unforgettable culinary journey through the rich flavors of Italy. Located at 1135 Bannock St, this Italian restaurant transcends the typical dining experience with its inviting atmosphere and exquisite menu offerings.

From the moment you step through the doors, you are welcomed by warm, cozy vibes that set the stage for an evening of indulgence. The dim lighting and rustic decor create a serene ambiance, perfect for a romantic dinner or a cozy gathering with friends. Exceptional service is at the core of Lo Stella, where staff members like Jake and Ralph have garnered rave reviews for their attentiveness and insightful recommendations.

At the heart of Lo Stella’s allure is its carefully curated menu, which highlights the essence of authentic Italian cuisine. Start your meal with the Caprese di Bufala Campana DOP, a breathtaking assembly of buffalo mozzarella paired with farm-fresh tomatoes, aromatic basil, and a drizzle of first-pressed extra virgin olive oil for just $19. The Prosciutto e Burrata ($22) showcases world-class Prosciutto di Parma alongside creamy burrata from Puglia—all gracefully balanced on your palate.

For seafood lovers, the Soute' di Vongole ($22) is an absolute must-try—clams gently sautéed in a delicate white wine sauce that envelops your senses. Don’t overlook the Insalata Tricolore ($18), with its vibrant layers of arugula, tomatoes, and sautéed mushrooms, a refreshing prelude to the main course.

When it comes to entrées, the selections are nothing short of show-stoppers. The Filetto del Giorno ($68) represents the pinnacle of brilliance, showcasing an impressive 8 oz Colorado filet mignon crafted by the chef's daily creation. The Mahi Mahi ($44), with its balanced seasoning and delightful pairing of olives and tomatoes, has left diners like Danielle Orban singing praises of the dish's intricate flavors. Pasta enthusiasts will never be disappointed; with dishes featuring fresh homemade pasta, you'll find it hard to resist returning for more. The Saltimbocca alla Romana ($39), a delectable chicken specialty, is a testament to traditional Romani cuisine.

As if the entrées weren't enough, Lo Stella also excels in delectable desserts that make the dining experience truly memorable. Indulge in the revered Tiramisu, described by longtime patrons as the best they've ever tasted, or opt for a shared huckleberry tart alongside luscious pistachio ice cream—fabulous notes of flavor that wrap up your fine dining experience beautifully.

Real experiences from satisfied customers resonate through the atmosphere of Lo Stella. Monica Syeda recalls the comforting vibes and exceptional vodka sauce, while Dr. Mia Su Cary praises the fine wine selection and divine desserts. Megan Kleckner emphasizes the meticulous approach to their limited menu, guaranteed to deliver outstanding quality with each dish. These authentic reviews affirm Lo Stella Ristorante as not just a meal but a celebration of Italian heritage and culinary excellence.

Had a great time here!! The food was so good - the vodka sauce may be the best I’ve ever tasted. The vibes were so comforting and cozy and our server was absolutely amazing. She gave the best recommendations for everything and helped me pick out a great glass of wine and overall just started off our night great! Will definitely be coming back here.

Highly, highly recommend Lo Stella Ristorante! The food was delicious including the Insalara Tricolored and the Ravioli de Pesca. The wine selection by Ralph, top notch as always. And the deserts? Divine. We shared the huckleberry tart and pistachio ice cream. Fabulous. I will be back!

This was a solid, traditional Italian restaurant. The menu is limited, so you know the dishes on there will be very good. The burrata and prosciutto appetizer was delicious and don't miss the tiramisu, some of the best I have ever had. I will definitely visit again when craving some fresh pasta.

All around great experience. Jake took amazing care of us. The food was delicious, nothing like freshly made pasta. Timing of food was perfect as well. The desserts are to die for, save some room.

This was the best Italian food I have had in Denver by far! The service was amazing, we had phenomenal recommendations from Jake. We got a bottle of wine, mahi mahi cooked with olives and tomatoes, as well as the gnocchi tricolore (they were out of the gnocchi so they substituted tagliatelle pasta- it was incredible)! I would HIGHLY recommend Lo Stella!

We went for the gnocchi flight and cacio pepe and had a great time! This was a good amount of food for 3 people (plus dessert and drinks). Our waitress was fantastic and we will definitely be back!

This place was really good. We had the fish ravioli.. AMAZING.. Along with a yummy bread basket and shrimp pasta. We had a reservation to make things easier. I would definitely come back again for some more fish ravioli! I never think I’ll have fish ravioli anywhere else. Great!

Food is absolutely amazing, did the gnocchi flight, tiramisu, and some apps. Service really steals the show though and Jake was amazing! 11/10 do recommend and will be back!
